How come in the customization section of livejournal it says that S2 is for people who don't know HTML or only make minor alterations and S1 is for people who do... LOL I find that so humorous... it doesn't say S2 is for advanced users like programmers and web developers... So now I can't feel as 3l33t with my funker'd up style!!! Haha, ya right "minor alterations", it is totally handwritten! Oh and quick-reply now works :). Anyone have input on my newest style?? hehe

For all of you conservitave party nuts out there... did you guys know that they just lowered the personal tax exemptance by $391 to offshoot the GST reduction? Can anybody really tell me if we are actually saving any money because in order to really see the benifits of this GST reduction you have to spend over $40,000 on purchases... I dont' know about you but I don't have $40,000 to spend on purchases!! Grrr.. damn conservitaves!!

It seems as if I never post anymore because I have no time to do so!! LOL. Well Anyways, hopefully things will change, I just got hired from a national company supporting the people who do their payroll! I am so happy. This place has some structural IT changes that it is going through so I see a lot of potential in this company for expansion and growth... unlike the current position I am in right now. For the first time in a good couple of years I finally don't feel stuck anymore! I am sooo happy... Yay... Plus this job comes with a bit of a pay increase and some nice benifits so I can even go to the dentist now!

I have just added controls back to my livejournal. Now my Livejournal is finally complete. The theme is 100% done and there is absolutley no problems with it! (well if there is let me know lol) The spacing is strange for the comments, but that is intentional so you can see the indentation when someone is replying to another comment...

By controls, I mean the next and previous buttons and memories in an LJ entry, and delete comment in the comment box... there are also another few innovations too, hmm now should make it so when you follow my friends list everything comes up in my theme? Or should it just be the other users theme??

So I just finished cleaning up my friends list. If I took you off, it isn't because I don't like you anymore, it's because a) we never talk, b) I skip through most of your entries and c) I need to make my friends list more manageable.
Please don't take it personally, we can still talk, no I don't hate you, nor am I an asshole, but I have been sort of scared of livejournal for the last little wihle because my friends list was just too massive! Plus, you didn't respond to my last post! LOL :)

Hahaha I feel so uber right now!!! I am sitting inside of a coffee time on Queen street and I have successfully wired up into someone's wireless network!! hahahaha This is so fun!!! LOL!!! I'm using someone else's internet connection, now you all know i wouldn't do anything to harm any\one else, but I could, lol... and if I really wanted to I could really cause some havoc... Oh well, ok people, that's why you have to learn how to LOCK UP YOUR NETWORKS LOL!!!

So much, yet so little has happened in the last few weeks... On Sunday, I went to a funeral for one of my great aunts... It really makes you think to yourself a couple things... a) you never know when it will be your time so live your life to the fullest and b) meet people while you can you never know who you will be missing cuz their time could be anytime..

So, I think I have come to the point in my life where I am bored with it. I want to move out now, I want to live downtown where the action is- hehe. I just can't do it right now because right now my life is up in suburbia... you know what I mean? Well... I have this sort of roadmap for myself. I want to go to school for medicine applied IT because I think that would be a) good for the money and b) good for the people- I will be helping out and shit... plus it is a sector that will always be in demand. But where are the schools?? I saw one in Chicago, I could check that place out... we all know what my goal is, but ya. Lets look at today for a second now. I hate having to go ALL THE WAY uptown all the time just to sleep for the... umm- two or three hours which i end up sleeping. LOL cuz I spend all day running around downtown hehe. Elyse needs to find a new place to live... I wish my life was at a point where I could just look at it and say "hey what a great decision!" but I haven't finished school yet, and it would take me forever and a half to get to work now. Well I could probably find a new job... one that is downtown... but then I am back to square one with needing to finish the whole education thing. You see the catch 22?

Anyways, I was sitting with my mom last night and she told me that I have the body of a model. I raised my eyebrow... That would kick ass, you know just posing for money. Wearing all this funky clothing and just getting paid to wear funky clothing and have your picture taken... This whole living at home thing though is kind of getting to me now... For the last few months I have been thinking about how inconsiderate and rude everyone in the family is because they are all so loud and noisy during all hours of the night, and I don't have a wall or anything to seperate my room. If I want to put up a wall, I am looking at like $2000, so like, why do that if I could probably go out and get my own place- and be more myself there, without my parents telling me what to clean and when to come back home (granted my parents are pretty open minded about that sort of stuff, but it sitll exists). Whenever I come home from darkrave at like 6:30/7:00 I always hope to god that my mom doesn't wake up because of my dog's barking. I am sure that there are people looking out there thinking to themselves, why do you want to leave? You have such a fairytale life, everything is great and there is no real *issue* with my family, so why leave? My answer is that- I think it is time. I just have this burning desire to go out into the world by myself.

That and I wouldn't nkow how to handle my sidejobs if I lived in the city. Most of them are for suburbians and I would need a car... I don't know, I feel as if work and play is competing against each other, and my lack of sleep is the victim in this battle.

Another day, more work... Man this work is killing me. I think I have put in about 50 hours this week so far. Not all necessarily to my dayjob, but you know... both jobs. And this bus is fucking falling apart lol. Whenever it changes gears the whole bus shakes like crazy. Ya... back to work. LITTERALLY... that's what I'm doing on the bus right now. I have about 4 hours of work left but I need to be at work supervising everyone in regards to setting their computers up... Oh how exciting. I feel kind of cranky today. I feel as if something has been taken away from me (my fun) and that ALL I DO is work. I didn't go out last week. I think the last time I went out was on the long weekend, and I can't go out tonight nor did i go out last night.. haha what did I do last night? I got home at about 20.30 and i went to sleep at about 21.00 and woke up at 06.00. Oh I am so cool! I think I should have just stayed at work! LOL I should demand a shower of this move there. LOL... Oh well I will make sure this weekend (I don't even consider this saturday and sunday a weekend) I will have fun. It's cyber fetish and d0rkgrave! hehe yay. uberaxlI want you to do my hair already!! And I want my fucking illig clothing already.
I need to go traveling again. I need to indulge in my interests of exploring cities and goth scenes LOL. Wow my entries are pretty boring to read latley all I talk about is work, and my clothes which never came! LOL Maybe I should talk about ex girlfriends who harass me to do them favors and when I do my own way of doing the favor for them they tell me that it wasn't done properly... Oh maybe you have already that known that because you have been following my comments. LOL. Gah I think this bus is going to kill my laptop. I will stop my endless rambling now...

So I'm on the bus again. :) That is okay, my bus ride is *only* 1 hour in duration, and it's the same bus. Yes this is about 20 million times better than going to scarbaria everyday and it taking 2.5 hours to get there!!! The only thing that sort of sucks is that I need to get a lift with someone in order to get lunch! Oh well. People usually go out for lunch! Or I could always *bring something* but I haven't brought lunch to work since I was 14... Soooo.. I don't think that is going to happen anytime soon! LOL. (ugg this song is so annoying!! die panzermench die!!!) I figured that if I saved the money I spent on lunch I would be in the black... hahaha JUST KIDDING!!! well lets calculate it! LOL, I eat lunch everyday, and the average lunch money is $7 a day... so... that's $35 a week, $140 a month, or *holy shit* $1680 a year! holy gwock(amoli)! Ah well, my tax return will cover this years lunch ;) hahahahahahahahahhahaha. Yes I am pretty impressed with myself due to the fact that I'm doing pretty well financially, and I have like zero financial responsibilities *aside from my visa, but all those things are my own doings anyways!
I'm getting paid this week yay. But I want to bulk all my checks up, cuz I like seeing my money increase by the thousands and not by the hundreds :( That's why I only do my banking once a month or so LOL. I'm such a looser! haha. I spent a good $300 on Sunday night though at Illig because they were having a 50% off sale and I need clothing!!!!!!!!! I can't wait till I go down to New York City in aboot a month :) [as long as it flies with my parents], but I'm not going to miss FUNKER VOGT, July d0rkgrave or Cyber Fetish. :-p so that means a couple of weeks are out of the options! This week sucks with the amount of work that I have to do. Since we are moving at work I need to be there all the weekend, and I have noticed that my coughing is coming back because of that freikken office. I hope it's not SARS... hahahaha JUST KIDDING!!! ANd I have all my sidejobs to attend to this week too.. so I am a busy busy busy boy until next Tuesday. So that is 7 days more work... with sidejobs don't forget... Ya... go me! It is like never ending! LOL ah well, refer back to the first paragraph for my financial situation ;)
I know I'm a really lucky kidder because I am going to need to save my money like crazy when I move. Wow the traffic is a LOT lighter at 8:30 across highway 7!! lol. OH ya, so back to work... I have learned so much about telephones and networking (the physical layer) and now I feel as if I can actually go into somewhere and network the house up... well as soon as someone teaches me how to fish cables through the walls. :) If anyone is wondering where I work... I am at Kipling now ;)... still another few mins until I'm there. The last few years the world has become a uch smaller place to e... I am always traveling, always going and doing and I have a pretty good memory bah.... LOL this is so rambling now. So I'll cut it out :)

So I just got back from picking my parents up from the airport and having din din with my grandparents... My parents told me all about Miami... hehe, driving through the airport was fun, it feels likebeing a toursit.. you know what i mean? I miss traveling, and I miss NY... I really need to get new clothing, LOL... this is sooo random... but yay me. I have to work tommorow morning :-/

I better get to sleep now. If i fall asleep now i'll be able to get all 5 hours :)

Wahoo!! After about an hour and a half (most of the time being spent on dell hold) I have finally finished tweaking my journal such as the time (in military format), the lj user tags for things, and the beautiful blur tag for the image links!!! hehe read my Friends page to see what I'm talking about :)

You know what I hate? When someone delegates to you a responsibility which you had no option in. Ugg!! Since my parents have gone, I have been taking care of the dog in the mornings. I could live with just feeding her... but like man, walking takes forever. Honestly, I don't have the time for that kind of bullshit. That's why I like cats sooooooo much better. They don't really need you!! LOL They are so independant and stuff.. Ugg.. Whats the difference between a kid and a dog? The kid grows up after a few years!!!
No dogs or kids for me... FOR A WHILE!! but cats are okay ;) (well hey they don't piss on your fucking clothing and shit on your floor!! AND move their food allllllllllllllllllll around the house for pests to get into...)

Well... after reading someone's comments on my friends list and becoming uber jelous of this persons ability to put their style in the comments section, I learned all about S2 (the new lj style system) and redid my style for S2... It's so pretty, It looks a little bit different, not much, but there are a few bugs... like the fact that when you are going to comment on this post and tell me oh how pretty it looks, you need to highlight all the comment bar because, it sucks!! you can't read anything down there!! lol it's black on black.. but that has been reported. bug 2, I don't know how to set the time output to be what I want it to be.. (full day, month, day number, year @ military time), and finally bug 3, i don't have the lj user tag in my friends list.. grr i use that all the time!! hehe.. but again, that has been reported to lj... so this has taken me about 6 hours or so to perfect... tell me if you like it :)

So I've been doing a lot of research into some of my hobbies and stuff... We all know how much I love computers so much right? Why do I like them so much??? I think it's because I like the challanges that they provide me with integration. I love trying to get Windows boxes to talk to UNIX boxes over weird protocols and stuff... I like interoperability and stuff like that, but as much as I love computers, I think I have a bigger love...
Those who know me well (in my city) will know that I always have this running map in my head to try and orientate myself in whichever city I am in. I love learning about maps, or sorry, I love learning maps and learning about modern history. People who know me, realize that if they sit me down with a map and tell me which way is north, I can navigate you throughout the city (or country for that matter) to get to where you want to go. As well, you can also tell me where you live, and where you want to get to, and I will find the shortest and quickest route via public transit to get you there... Put it this way... I've reduced a 2.5 hour trek each way down to 1.5 hours !!! lol... pubic transit though...

ANYWAYS... I'm sorry for all the ramblings... The other thing I actually love though, is whenever I go into a city, I rank the city's population by the number of skyscrapers... LOL, don't ask me!!! It's just something that I love... skyscrapers are a symbol of human achievement, as well as an effort to maximize space efficiency... Haha you all must think I am a complete looser now... LOL, well anyways, I'm considering a new career. (LOL I'm going through my mid-life crisis already!!! I'm only 21!!! haahahhaah). I want to become a urban planner. I want to design roadmaps and subway lines and highways and whatever else may come and integrate it into the tightly packed city... I know that whenever I'm places going places I always think of little nifty ideas of things people can do in order to relieve traffic congestion and shit like that... I think computers is quite related to this field... Well enough for me. Both are problem solving at it's finest. Instead of doing computers though (which only help out a few) I want to help the masses... and I think that career would be the best for my wants and my skills... Anyways, I was thinking back to my history, when I was a lot vounger, and supposedly I would design these crazy skulptures with I guess lego blocks and everyone who saw them was actually amazzed that they stood!! LOL!! Plus I used to always want to be an architect... Well I guess you never know what life has in store for you right??? Computing is extremly profitable and maybe it will help me pay for whatever career I decide to pursue ;) hehe...
